We train our instructors to ensure equitable, positive experiences that fit various exercise needs and incorporate all fitness levels and experiences.

PICK-2 DISCOUNT

Purchase ANY 2 classes and receive $10 off your purchase! Classes must be purchased at the same time to receive the discount.

PUNCH PASS

We are selling punch passes for patrons to attend ANY class of their choice (except PGB), as space allows. Registered patrons get priority. Patrons who are not registered can purchase and use punch pass cards in increments of 1, 5, and 10 classes. Non-members will need to purchase a day pass per entry on top of the punch pass card to enter the facility and attend classes. Punch pass patrons need to show their punch pass card to the instructor to be marked.

REFUND POLICY

We base our policy following the first day of the class, not the day of registration: Full refund within 6 days following the first class; 50% refund within 13 days. No refund will be given after 13 days following the first class, not registration date.

Refunds for PGB and Kickboxing patrons: We typically provide the equipment included with class purchase after two weeks of session start date (three weeks after All Access Week). Patrons can request to receive their equipment earlier from instructors instead of using the loaner boxing gloves and wraps; however, once kits are given out, patrons cannot request or receive a refund (despite refund policy window above).

Speed. Power. Agility. Reaction. Quickness (SPARQ). These are the skills one needs when playing competitive field and court sports that involve multi-directional speed. This 7 week training course developed by an NSPA Certified Speed and Agility coach will focus on the development of each of the 5 aforementioned factors in order to increase your athletic potential. Come prepared to increase your linear, lateral, retreating, and Change of Direction (COD) Speed. The course will consist of working with ladders, hurdles, resistance bands, reaction balls, parachutes, sleds, ones own body, and partners; along with many other tools to increase ones overall athletic ability. If your goal is to increase your athletic capability this course is meant for you!
 
 

Backpack Fitness

This course is designed for those who are looking for a way to complete resistance training at home with little to no equipment. Instead of Barbells and Dumbbells we will be using backpacks and those dusty textbooks we tend to buy and never use (just kidding.... kind of). Throughout this course participants will be introduced to various total body routines using an Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) format. Come prepared with a safe, intact backpack and some books to improve your active lifestyle.
 
 

Intro to At Home Fitness

Designed for those who are new to working out at home. Participants will learn how to develop at-home fitness programs by practical application. Intro to Olympic Weightlifting

Intro to Olympic Lifting is a 7-week course that meets twice a week. You will learn the fundamentals of the Clean, the Jerk, and the Snatch. Along the way, you will also be instructed on how to perform auxiliary lifts to complement the Olympic lifts. A foundation of squatting, pressing & lifting is also included in this strength & conditioning program. This course is taught by a USA Weightlifting certified coach. Intro to Power Lifting

Tier 2: Olympic Weightlifting is reserved for those who have already gone through an Intro to Olympic Weightlifting course, or who have experience with the Olympic Lifts (Clean, Jerk & Snatch). Rather, participants will be put through intermediate to advanced Olympic Weightlifting programming depending on the level of the group as a whole. Power Lifting: Tier 2

Tier 2: Power Lifting is a continuation of the Intro to Power Lifting course. The foundation of the course will be on strength adaptations though intermediate to advanced program designs to enhance the three competition lifts: the bench, the squat, and the dead lift. Each individual in the group will work at their own ability to achieve strength goals in each lift in a safe and strategic manner based on their own percentages. Early in the program, participants will be tested for their maximum strength output in each lift, and once again at the completion of the 7 weeks.
 
 

Warrior Fitness Training

Warrior Fitness Training is a strength and conditioning program designed to teach fitness fundamentals that have been used by military, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders! CrossFit, Jumpstart is our “on ramp” program intended to give first-timers the essentials of CrossFit in preparation for regular classes. This beginner-focused, two-week course includes lecture, discussion, and coaching on foundational movements. We encourage everyone to attend 4 out of 5 classes in the first two weeks of Session 2 (October 18-29) before purchasing the CrossFit Pass. Separate registration required for CrossFit, Intro classes and the all-inclusive CrossFit Pass. We will cover introductory and intermediate level coaching on climbing movement and technique as well as group fitness activities focused on improving climbing strength, endurance, and flexibility. Climbing Conditioning has four primary objectives: • Improve climbing movement and technique • Improve climbing strength • Improve climbing endurance • Meet other climbers who are also interested in improving climbing ability Pre-requisite: Participants should acquire WSU Climbing Wall belay qualification within first two weeks of class.
