Small Group Training
Small group training offers you a variety of ways to meet your fitness goals. Have you thought about working with a trainer, but prefer working out with other people? Or, do you like that you can offset some of the cost associated with working alongside a personal trainer by training with other participants? Then maybe small group training is for you.

Experience the weight room in a non-intimidating atmosphere. In this eight week course designed just for women, you will learn the basics of weight training and the healthy benefits that adding muscle can do for you. Lead by a certified personal trainer, Women on Weights will show you how to lift weights properly and provide an understanding as to why adding strength training to your exercise routine will benefit you. Women on weights is offered in multiple locations. Check class schedule for location and times.
New for Fall 2017! This is a small group personal training class for you and your friends! This program is best when you register with your friend - your Swole Mate! But, if you don't have someone to register with, this program is perfect for you to perhaps find your Swole Mate! You will work in a small group with a nationally certified personal trainer to accomplish your fitness goals. Whether that is to get stronger, improve fitness or to just feel better, you can do that here. This program meets twice a week for 12 weeks (24 sessions) and is a great value if you are looking to work with a personal trainer and prefer working out with friends at the same time.
New for Fall 2017! This 8 week course meets twice a week and gives you a strength and conditioning program focused on the clean, the jerk and the snatch. A foundation of squatting, pressing and lifting is also included in this program. You will learn how to perform these movements, which are Olympic sports. If you are already performing them, you will become stronger and more proficient while learning from a USA Weightlifting certified coach.
