Arger, Benjamin

Hi! I’m Benji. If you’re taking time out of your busy day to read this, then you have taken the first step to an improved life! I know you may be thinking things like “exercise is too hard,” or “how can I possibly fit this into my busy schedule?” I totally understand. Fitness helps improve your overall well-being. It has changed my life tremendously. Playing and training for sports in high school helped formulate my love for fitness, which has expanded into a lifestyle that has made me healthier both physically and mentally. I have dedicated my life to fitness by consistently exercising and continuing me education about fitness. Now I want to lead others to a more positive and confident lifestyle. As a trainer, my goal is to help improve clients’ physical and mental wellbeing in a safe and effective manner. I will use what I have learned to help others attain their fitness goals and more while having fun, and also educate them so they may continue to improve after.

Gordon, Nathan

Every one of us is already great, but sometimes we just need a nudge in the right direction – and that’s what I do. Both health and fitness are simple, the hard part is actually showing up and putting in the work. I will take care of all the technicalities and details for you - whether that be program design, goal setting, nutrition help, injury complications, or general support and accountability. I want everyone to experience what this lifestyle has given me; direction, purpose, passion, joy, and confidence. I expect excellence, and settle for no less than complete awesomeness. I encourage you to invest in yourself and expect the same. Be great.

Jones, Elijah

Movement has played an integral role in human life for as long as mankind has existed. In modern culture we have become much more sedentary and need to be reminded of the benefits of healthy living. To do this, one simply needs to move, but where do we start? I believe that to acquire and maintain a healthy lifestyle, all we need is the knowledge to get started and the desire to make a change. My philosophy has always been that if you show up and put in the work, the results will follow, and I can help you get there.

Reetz, Natalie

Fitness to me is a way of life. With it comes happiness, health and good self-worth. I have learned much by becoming an avid exerciser and it’s something that I want to help others find within themselves.

After high school I shifted my focus more on weight-lifting and bodybuilding. I've participated in a Physique competition, a Powerlifting Competition, and submitted times for Crossfit Regionals. I love exploring all that a gym has to offer and being able to teach other’s what I have learned is what I find to be such an exhilarating process. I ultimately want to be a strength coach for athletes, but I also enjoy working with other people.

Roth, Riley

Welcome to your fitness journey. My goal is to help you either begin this journey out on the right foot or to bust through plateaus that you find on your way. Probably the most common plateau or road block to a fitness journey is complacency or lack of time- this is where I can help out. Being at the gym for an hour is great, but are you actually mentally present enough to obtain the maximum benefits from that hour? I can help make sure that you get the support and accountability you need to be able to get into the best routine for you.

The programs I design focus on what you, as an individual, want and need for your life.  I know that every person is different and therefore will have diverse goals.  It does not matter where you are in your life and it does not matter how big your goal is.  As your trainer, I will not let you give up on your dreams.  I am here to motivate you and keep you going to reach that goal.  I am here for you. If it is important to you, I will make it a priority.  I want to support you in becoming the best version of you possible.

I understand that you have a lot to do in one day.  If you're cramped for time, I am very capable of working around a busy schedule, because I will make every movement count. I believe that every person is capable of achieving their goals and just ask to be a part of the journey. Take the step forward in life by committing to your health today.

Sullivan, Molly

I grew up in a family that valued health and fitness. When I began school at Washington State University, I noticed the impact that being inactive had on my body, as well as my mind. I then found my second home at the Recreation Center.

My goal is to reach out to people, spark motivation and create an interest in fitness that will last you a lifetime. I am a strong believer that you should do what you enjoy, because life is short. I want to help you find a program that you enjoy and that will help you to achieve your goals and live your life to the fullest.
