The Chinook works closely with University Recreation to provide a variety of options to meet your fitness needs. We offer classes such as yoga, barre, BodyPump, and CrossFit. The Chinook also has personal trainers to work with you on your fitness goals.

Take advantage of free fitness classes for finals week at the Chinook, Student Recreation Center (SRC) and other campus locations.
Free Classes for Fitness Session 2
All fitness classes housed in the Chinook will be free to Chinook members through the remainder of the spring semester. Pre-registration is not required, and lass space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please bring your CougarCard, as participants will be required to swipe in. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we will only allow a set number of participants into each class. Arrive early to ensure a spot in the class of your choice. Instructors will begin checking in participants 10 minute before the class starts.
Prorated Graduate Student Memberships
Additionally, we are offering a prorated interim/part-time/graduate student Chinook semester membership for spring semester.
Interim/part-time/graduate students may purchase a membership for $60. Please visit our membership website for more details. Chinook members may continue to utilize the SRC facility at no additional cost through April 1.
