The Chinook works closely with University Recreation to provide a variety of options to meet your fitness needs. We offer classes such as yoga, barre, BodyPump, and CrossFit. The Chinook also has personal trainers to work with you on your fitness goals.

Free Classes for Fitness Session 2
Spring Fitness Session 2 classes start in early April.
Construction is moving forward on the Chinook ground floor recreation space. In the interim, fitness classes housed in the Chinook have moved to alternate locations. Refer back to this website for more information.
Classes are free to Chinook members through the remainder of the spring semester. Pre-registration is not required, and class space will be available on a first come, first served basis.
Please bring your CougarCard, as participants will be required to swipe in. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we will only allow a set number of participants into each class. Arrive early to ensure a spot in the class of your choice. Instructors will begin checking in participants 10 minutes before the start of class.
Prorated Graduate Student Memberships
Additionally, we are offering a prorated interim/part-time/graduate student Chinook semester membership for spring semester.
Interim/part-time/graduate students may purchase a membership for $60. Please visit our membership website for more details. Chinook members may continue to utilize the SRC facility at no additional cost through April 1.
